Basic Exchange & Return Policy
Cash on Delivery
We can only accept new, unused condition and in the original packaging merchandises for returns immediately during Cash on Delivery. Please check out the merchandises before you accept it, there is no exchange/return permitted. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item.
Carrier/ Postal Delivery
Within 7 days of delivery, you may return any of the purchased in their new, unused condition and in the original packaging from House of Brand Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item.

Exchange & Return Policy
You may return new, unused condition and in the original packaging items sold by bbcmi.com within immediately (Cash on Delivery) & 7 days of Carrier/ Postal Delivery delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just calling us , and we will guide you through the process.
Non-defective product returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. A non-defective return must include the product was in originally arrived with the product.
Additional restock fee and delivery charges may apply in some exchange/refund circumstances.
